This policy covers Tempo Adjust for Safari, Bandcamp Tempo Adjust, and Discogs Tempo Adjust (together, "Tempo Adjust").
Tempo Adjust does not collect or transmit any Personally-Identifying Information. It also does not collect anonymized or aggregate information such as usage statistics, device type, or crash reports. Tempo Adjust contains no analytics or tracking code.
Your settings, detected BPMs, and cached exchange rates are stored only on your device, in the extension's local storage. They are never sent to the developer or to anyone else, and they are removed when you uninstall the extension.
To do its job, Tempo Adjust makes two kinds of network requests from your browser:
Tips in the Safari app are handled entirely by Apple through in-app purchase. Tempo Adjust never sees your payment details. Apple's handling of that transaction is covered by Apple's privacy policy.
If Tempo Adjust, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that its developer goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, this policy and its effects may change or be amended. Since Tempo Adjust holds no user data, there would be no user data to transfer.
This Privacy Policy may change from time to time, at the developer's sole discretion. Your continued use of Tempo Adjust after any changes to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
You hereby indemnify the developer and undertake to keep the developer indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including, without limitation, legal expenses and any amounts paid by the developer to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of the developer's legal advisers) incurred or suffered by the developer arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms of use, or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these terms of use.
